Coaching Engagement Details

  • Session frequency is typically 2 to 4 weeks apart but can be adjusted to fit the goals. An agreement on the session frequency will be established at the beginning of the engagement.
  • The client is responsible for scheduling each session at least 1 week in advance
  • Sessions are online Zoom unless pre-arranged (additional charge for commute time if face to face)
  • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. The session is considered to be canceled if the client is 15 minutes late and will be billed at full session fee.
  • Payments of emailed electronic invoices are made via credit card.
  • 50% due before the first session, 50% after half of the sessions are complete, and before the second half begins.
  • Expenses for in person sessions include: Dining, Lodging, Travel including airfare and milage (per current IRS milage rate). Expenses invoiced as incurred with supporting documentation.
